Energy Booster/Parsley juice


For all of you out there who are feeling a little lethargic and maybe slightly depressed these days, here is an amazing morning energy booster I have made up, based on some recipes I have been reading. Rich in Vitamins, Folic Acid, Protein, and very hydrating, you’ll be surprised how absolutely delish this tastes! Try it and thank me later!

the juice from 1 lemon

1 glass of apple juice

1 parsley bunch

1 apple (I prefer green)

2-3 TSP of honey

1 cucumber (medium size)

1 TSP fresh ginger (chopped in small cubes)

1 banana

1 scoop of vanilla SPIRU-TEIN powder from Nature’s Plus

4-5 ice cubes

Blend all these in a heavy duty blender or in a NutriBullet.
